FAQs
How do they work?
There is a light adhesive that adheres the DUCKS to your windshield.
Can I apply them anywhere on the car?
Yes, but placing them on a glass surface is best for easy removal.
What’s the best temperature to apply the DUCKS?
The ideal temperature is from 50 degrees to 110 degrees Fahrenheit (10C to 43C).
Will my wiper blades remove my DUCKS?
As tough as they are, they will resist the wiper blades for a bit. It’s best to apply the DUCKS outside the wiper blade path.
How do you apply the DUCKS?
Start by washing dirt and oils from your hands, and wipe the area you intend to apply the duck clean of dirt, oil, and bugs. Remove the duck from the liner sheet, trying to keep your finger touches away from the edges and more toward the center. Line up your duck with your windshield black-out area and apply. Rub your duck for a bit to ensure the pressure-sensitive adhesive is fully activated.
Will the DUCKS lose color?
The DUCKS are digitally produced and will retain their color for
a very long time.
What do I do if I remove the duck and there is some adhesive left?
Use the duck’s adhesive itself to help remove the residual adhesive. The adhesive will stick to the adhesive. Just keep at it, and it will come off.
Can I store them in my glove box?
Yes. Temperatures in glove boxes can exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit—the DUCKS are tough and can take it.
How do you send the DUCK Paks?
We send the Duck Paks first class via the United States Postal Service.
